To access Netflix on your Android TV while overseas you need to by-pass Netflix's blocking mechanisms by using a Virtual Private Network (VPN). If you live in a country where netflix is not supported you will not be able to see or install the Netflix app via Google Play. What you can do is download the Netflix APK from a trusted source and install it manually on your Android TV. You then need a VPN like DroidVPN that will let you connect to a country that Netflix supports.
